Catholic Prayers Against Evil

Catholic Prayer Warriors encourage you pray for help from Jesus, Mary, our Blessed Mother, Saint Joseph, the saints, the angels, the archangels, and your guardian angel daily. We believe it is important to ask everyone in Heaven to pray for us, for our protection and that of our families and friends from Satan and the evil spirits that prowl the world seeking the ruin of souls.

Catholic Prayer Warriors join in unison with all the other Catholic Prayer Warriors world-wide when we pray the most powerful prayers against Satan and his demons. The more Catholic Prayer Warriors we have praying, the greater is the power of our prayers.

Relativism, Secularism, Liberalism, Atheism, Materialism, Socialism, Communism, Satanism, and Spiritualism are all at war with Christianity. These “isms” are a direct assault on God’s command to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” Luke 10:27 Catholic Prayer Warriors are called to pray for ourselves, spouses, kids, Priests, Bishops, the Pope, Sisters, Brothers and all the clergy, our friends, the Body of Christ, our communities, cities, states, nations, and the world.

To win the spiritual battle against Satan and his demons, the first step is prayer. Reconciliation, Mass and the Holy Eucharist, Eucharistic Adoration and praying the Rosary increase the power of our prayers by increasing our holiness. “As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; because it is written, “YOU SHALL BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY.” 1Peter 14-16

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men and women to do nothing.” Modified from the original quote from Edmund Burke

Saint Michael Prayer

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do you, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who wander through the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Guardian Angel Prayer

Angel of God, my guardian dear, to who God’s love commits me here. Ever this day be at my side, to light and guard and rule and guide.

Saint Francis Prayer

Lord make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is hatred let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon. Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope. Where there is darkness, light. And where there is sadness, joy. O divine master grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console.to be understood as to understand. To be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive. it is in pardoning that we are pardoned. And it’s in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen

Padre Pio Prayer

Stay with me, Lord, for it is necessary to have You present so that I do not forget You. You know how easily I abandon You. Stay with me, Lord, because I am weak, and I need Your strength, that I may not fall so often. Stay with me, Lord, for You are my life, and without You, I am without fervor. Stay with me, Lord, for You are my light, and without You, I am in darkness. Stay with me, Lord, to show me Your will. Stay with me, Lord, so that I hear Your voice and follow You. Stay with me, Lord, for I desire to love You very much, and always be in Your company. Stay with me, Lord, if You wish me to be faithful to You. Stay with me, Lord, for as poor as my soul is, I want it to be a place of consolation for You, a nest of love. Stay with me, Jesus, for it is getting late and the day is coming to a close, and life passes; death, judgment, eternity approaches. It is necessary to renew my strength, so that I will not stop along the way and for that, I need You. It is getting late and death approaches, I fear the darkness, the temptations, the dryness, the cross, the sorrows. O how I need You, my Jesus, in this night of exile! Stay with me tonight, Jesus, in life with all its dangers. I need You. Let me recognize You as Your disciples did at the breaking of the bread, so that the Eucharistic Communion be the Light which disperses the darkness, the force which sustains me, the unique joy of my heart. Stay with me, Lord, because at the hour of my death, I want to remain united to You, if not by communion, at least by grace and love. Stay with me, Jesus, I do not ask for divine consolation, because I do not merit it, but the gift of Your Presence, oh yes, I ask this of You! Stay with me, Lord, for it is You alone I look for, Your Love, Your Grace, Your Will, Your Heart, Your Spirit, because I love You and ask no other reward but to love You more and more. With a firm love, I will love You with all my heart while on earth and continue to love You perfectly during all eternity. Amen.

Prayer Against Every Evil

Spirit of our God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Most Holy Trinity, Immaculate Virgin Mary, angels, archangels, and saints of heaven, descend upon me. Please purify me, Lord, mold me, fill me with yourself, use me. Banish all the forces of evil from me, destroy them, vanquish them, so that I can be healthy and do good deeds.

Banish from me all spells, witchcraft, black magic, evil spells, ties, curses and the evil eye; diabolic infestations, oppressions, possessions; all that is evil and sinful, jealousy, deceitfulness, envy; physical, psychological, moral, spiritual and diabolical ailments.

Burn all these evils in hell, that they may never again touch me or any other creature in the entire world. I command and bid all the powers who molest me—by the power of God all powerful, in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior, through the intercession of the Immaculate Virgin Mary–to leave me forever, and to be consigned into the everlasting hell, where they will be bound by Saint Michael the archangel, Saint Gabriel, Saint Raphael, our guardian angels, and where they will be crushed under the heel of the Immaculate Virgin Mary.

Prayer for Deliverance from Evil

Lord, you are all powerful, you are God, you are Father. We beg you through the intercession and help of the archangels Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel, for the deliverance of our brothers and sisters who are enslaved by the evil one. All saints of heaven, come to our aid.

From anxiety, sadness, and obsessions, we beg you: Free us, O Lord. From hatred, fornication, envy, we beg you: Free us, O Lord. From thoughts of jealousy, rage, and death, we beg you: Free us, O Lord. From every thought of suicide and abortion, we beg you: Free us, O Lord. From every form of sinful sexuality, we beg you: Free us, O Lord. From every division in our family, and every harmful friendship, we beg You: Free us, O Lord. From every sort of evil spell, witchcraft, and every form of the occult, we beg you: Free us, O Lord.

Lord, you who said, “I leave you peace, my peace I give you,” grant that, through the intercession of the Virgin Mary, we may be liberated from every evil spell and enjoy your peace always. In the Name of Christ, our Lord. Amen.”

Scriptures About Peace from Financial Worry

No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth. For this reason, I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?

And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life? And why are you worried about clothing? Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin, yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith!

Do not worry then, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear for clothing?’ For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. “So, do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:24-34
