Good Shepherd Catholic Community Men’s Club members listened intently as Professor Jim McGill talked about fatherhood and rites of puberty in most cultures where the young boys are taught how to be men. When you hear about how boys were trained by fathers and uncles to be men, you realize just how important fathers are in the development and maturation of young men that is sorely missing in our culture.
